Basic clinical pharmacology
a. Induction/maintenance agents
- Inhalational agents
- Intravenous agents
b. Muscle relaxants
ASA Standards
a. Sedation requirements
- Definitions
- Guidelines for Sedation and Analgesia by Non-anesthesiologists
b. Monitoring for anesthesia
